Submit Your Security Deposit.
We require a security deposit to secure your new account. Your deposit stays on account throughout your service with us. In the event you move, or wish to cancel service, your last bill is paid with your deposit, and any remaining funds will be returned upon account closure.
Deposit Pricing:
Renters: $100.00 deposit
Home/Property Owners: $75 deposit
Our staff will send you an email as soon as we are able to process your new account.
If you do not receive an email from us within 2 business days with your security deposit link, please call our office or let us know via our contact form.
