Policies
- Our water meters are read each month by a trained member of our organization.
- Bills are due on the 15th of each month.
- Bills must be paid in full each month.
- Any bill not paid IN FULL by the 22nd of each month is subject to a disconnect for non-payment. (Disconnections are implemented the following day on the 23rd of each month.)
- A 10% penalty will be added after the 15th.
