Career Opportunity - General Manager
Water Users LLC., in Saline County, AR is now accepting resumes for the position of General Manager.
The position of General Manager shall execute the policies set by the Water Users Board of Directors. Water Users LLC., is a Utility Water Operating Company providing operation and maintenance services to over 10,000 water customers combined located in the Salem Water Users PWA and Southwest Water PWA service areas. He or she shall implement administrative procedures to adhere to all Federal, State, Local, laws, ordinances, and resolutions for each PWA and Water Users LLC. The General Manager shall have the necessary leadership qualities to make decisions based on the policies and procedures. The position requires the knowledge of utility finances, budgeting, water distribution assets, asset management, MS Office 365 Suite, GIS, and Health Department regulations. He or she shall have the capability of learning the associations SCADA system. A class IV water distribution license is preferred. Applicant shall have high level work ethic with communication skills to present to the public, board, and other governmental entities.
