Policies
- Our water meters are read each month by a trained member of our organization.
- Bills are due on the 15th of each month.
- Bills must be paid in full each month.
- Any bill not paid IN FULL by the 22nd of each month is subject to a disconnect for non-payment. (Disconnections are implemented the following day on the 23rd of each month.)
- A 10% penalty will be added after the 15th.

How To Calculate A Bill
If the meter readings show a usage of 37,480 gallons, an example of how the bill would be calculated is as follows: | Please Note: Rates listed below are for example purposes only. |
1. 0-1,000 gallons is included with the monthly minimum | $ 12.00 |
2. Usage between 2,000-10,000 is:$3.25/1,000 (8 x 3.25) | $ 26.00 |
3. Usage between 10,001-20,000 is $3.50/1,000 (10 x 3.5) | $ 35.00 |
4. Usage between 20,001-30,000 is $3.75/1,000 (10 x 3.75) | $ 37.50 |
5. Usage between 30,001-40,000 is $4.25/1,000 (7.48 x 4.25) | $ 31.79 |
6. Total bill is the sum of all the above: | $142.29 |
