Welcome to water users

At Water Users, we strive to make the process of setting up water utilities as easy as possible for our valued customers. Please follow the short process (below). Our team is happy to help if you have any questions along the way. 

NOTE: The following instructions are for established properties with existing meters. If you need a new meter installed, please contact our office or Request a Quote for new meter installation.  

Step 1

Complete the new account form. 

Submit your new account request form completely online by selecting the “New Account Form” button below and submitting the form online.   

OR

Submit the form in person or via mail by downloading and printing the form (below) along with your deposit (see Step 2).

 

Step 2

submit your Security Deposit.

We require a security deposit to secure your new account. Your deposit stays on account throughout your service with us. In the event you move, or wish to cancel service, your last bill is paid with your deposit, and any remaining funds will be returned upon account closure. 

Deposit Pricing: 

  • Renters:  $100.00 deposit
  • Home/Property Owners:  $75 deposit

Deposits may be payed online by completing the form online. 

Otherwise, new customers may pay their deposit in person via check, credit card, or exact cash amount.

  • Once you’ve completed Steps 1-2, our team will process your request.
  • Processing typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • If there is a problem with your new account, a member of our team will reach out to you as quickly as possible to resolve the issue.
